Information We Collect

The Yelp Lead Scraper extension collects minimal data necessary for operation:

Usage Statistics — Number of leads exported (stored locally in your browser)
Subscription Status — Free trial or Pro status (stored locally)
Activation Email — When you activate Pro, the email address you enter is sent to our verification endpoint so we can confirm your purchase with Stripe. It is used only for that check and is not stored on our servers.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect personal information beyond the activation email described above
We do NOT collect scraped business data — leads you scrape stay on your device
We do NOT track your browsing history
We do NOT sell or share any data to third parties

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage APIs:

chrome.storage.local — For session data
chrome.storage.sync — For subscription tracking across devices

Third-Party Services

Stripe handles Pro subscription payments. When you activate Pro, our own verification endpoint at yelpleadscraper.com checks your email against Stripe to confirm the purchase. No other third-party services receive data, and the leads you scrape are never transmitted anywhere.

Your Rights

You can clear all extension data at any time by removing the extension from Chrome. Reinstall if desired — no data is retained server-side.
